CONDITIONS OF USE SANDEREN PLAY
We welcome you to Sanderen Play by Andrea Mignolo, from now on only called Sanderen Play.

Our company provides a video on demand service that offers its registered Users access to streaming movies via the Internet through certain computers, iOS and Android mobile devices and other devices with an Internet connection. Sanderen Play by Andrea Mignolo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at its sole discretion at any time to offer or update its services. These changes will apply to any purchases made after 30 days of the posting of such changes. Users

1.1 Become a registered user

1.2 Video on demand

Video-on-demand is paid video where the user pays once for the content. The video-on-demand remains usable by the user indefinitely or in any case until the video-on-demand is canceled from the Sanderen Play platform.

1.3 Play code

The Play Code is a unique secret code printed on publications published by Sanderen or its partners that entitles you to a partial or total discount on an on-demand title from the Sanderen Play library. Owners of a Play Code will be able to access the content by entering it in the appropriate field of the purchase form. 1.4 No Refunds

Except and to the extent permitted by the applicable law of the country in which the User resides, payments are not refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used video-on-demand.

Password and account access

2.1 The User who created the Sanderen Play account and whose payment method is charged has access to the Sanderen Play account and checks its settings. To maintain control of the account and prevent third party access to it, the User must not communicate his password to anyone and must maintain control over the compatible devices that are used to access the Sanderen Play service. The User is responsible for updating and maintaining the correctness and accuracy of the information he provides us in relation to his account.

2.2 The Sanderen Play service and any content displayed through the service are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals outside of one’s family. By sharing the password of the Sanderen Play service or allowing others to access their account, the User accepts, to the extent permitted by the applicable legal provisions, the responsibility of ensuring that these subscribers of their household comply with these Terms of use and such User will be responsible for the actions of such subscribers.

2.3 We invite you to treat any type of communication that requires the sending of credit card information or other account information with the utmost caution. Providing confidential information in response to these types of communications could put you at risk of identity theft. We invite you to access the confidential information of your account by always connecting directly to the Sanderen Play website and not by hyperlinks received by e-mail or any other means of electronic communication, even if apparently official. 3. Sanderen Play service

3.1 To register for the Sanderen Play service you must be at least 18 years old. Minors can only use the service under the supervision of an adult.

3.5 The User agrees not to store, download, copy, distribute, modify, display, publish, grant licenses relating to, create derivative works from, offer for sale or use (except where expressly authorized in these Terms of use) contents and information contained in or obtained from or through the Sanderen Play service. The User also agrees not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or block any of the protections of the content of the Sanderen Play service; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated tool to access the Sanderen Play service; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other product or process accessible through the Sanderen Play service; insert any code or product or manipulate in any way the content of the Sanderen Play service; or use any method of data mining or data collection or extraction. 3.6 The quality of the Sanderen Play streaming content display may vary depending on the type of computer or device used and may be affected by a number of factors, such as geographic location, available bandwidth or the speed of your Internet connection. The availability of the HD format depends on the Internet service you are using and the characteristics of the device you are using. Not all content is available in all formats, such as HD. The default playback settings on cellular networks exclude the HD format. A download speed of at least 5.0 Mbps per stream is recommended to receive content in HD format (defined as a resolution of 720p or higher). All Internet access costs will be borne by the User. 3.7 Sanderen Play streaming software is developed by Vimeo. This software may vary by device and means of use and functionality may differ by device. The User acknowledges that the use of the service may require third-party software, subject to their licenses. The User accepts that the Vimeo software may be interrupted, not available in some geographical areas or subject to technical malfunctions.

4. Applicable law

These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of the Italian Republic, and any dispute or conflict in relation to these Terms of Use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Milan. These Terms of Use do not limit the consumer protection rights that the User may be the owner of under the mandatory rules of their country of residence. As a consumer residing in the territory of the European Union, the User may have the right to take action before the Courts of the Member State of the European Union in which he is resident or domiciled to promote a dispute in relation to these Terms of Use. 5. Third Party Applications

Sanderen Play is free to use any comments, information, ideas, concepts, reviews, techniques or any other material contained in any communication sent by the User (“Feedback”), including responses to questionnaires or by posting to the Sanderen Play service, including the Sanderen Play website and user interfaces, without further compensation, acknowledgment or payment to the User for any purpose, including the development, production and marketing of products and the creation, modification or improvement of the Sanderen Play service.
